Hi, I’m Lidya, the founder of the Lidya Hope Foundation.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Arusha, Tanzania, I am the youngest of four siblings. From an early age, I have been deeply passionate about helping vulnerable children, and through this project, I am grateful to have turned that passion into reality.

Hi, I’m Maddalena, an Italy-born traveler with a deep passion for exploring the world and making a difference.

In 2023, while volunteering in Tanzania, I crossed paths with Lidya. We instantly bonded over our shared dedication to helping others and the joy that comes
from it.

During 2024, we worked together to turn our dream into reality and by launching the project.
