The Orphanage
On 16 August 2024 the doors opened to the orphanage in Misungwi, Tanzania, providing a safe and secure home for orphaned children.
The vision was to provide a loving home for up to fifty orphaned children, offering a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for them to grow and develop.

Two dormitories for the children
Accommodation for volunteers and staff
Kitchen facilities for preparation of meals
Outdoor play facilities allowing the children to be kids!
Letting the children be kids!
As well as providing them with a safe and secure home, an English education offering them a future, they also have the opportunity to be kids… playing outdoors with the other kids and doing things you would have done as a youngster.
Future plans include building a larger, better equipped kitchen enabling the team to support more children every day with healthy and nutritional meals.
We are also working on expanding our educational offering, and having opened the Pre-School classrooms, we are working hard to fundraise and construct the Primary classrooms.
